Game Finished HarrySmith (Axis) wins VS neverquits99 (Allies)
Good game by neverquits99 and great turn rates.
Game finished July 43 with Hawaii, Pacific Islands, all ME, Iraq and Persia controlled by Axis. Russia and China on last legs. India invaded and Germans about to push from Persia. Allies captured Spain and trying to push from there into France

[WIN] ElvisJJonesRambo (Allies) vs Jonny25k (Axis) --- Quite the game, quite the comeback. Jonny25k went thru Africa and Middle East like butter. He was smashing Russia, slowly. The Japanese took Australia. Americans were absolutely desperate. Loaded up California, with 5+ Marines, 3+ AA-guns, and multi-National fleet and headed straight for Japan. It had to be open, there were too many Japs all over the Pacific. Wanna say we busted a garrison, and the rest was empty. Doo-Little in the form of a landing force. Japanese MMPs had to be hurting.

The race was on. Nazis started pounding the Russians more.
Nazis headed to Persia from Middle East and massive battle happened in Afghanistan.
Who would surrender first, the Japs or Russia?
Took long time, a grind, but Japan went down late 1944.
So did Russia.
Yankee Long Range Bombers and Air Game (no surprise) finally wore down the 3R.
German surrendered in 1946, took forever to wear down Germans by MMPs.
Lots of Yankee suicide bridgehead in Greece, Turkey, France, Germany were repelled.
Anything to get Nazis of the Eastern Front to slow the fall of the Reds.

Fun game, played this Jonny25k couple times, would again.

Game finished: El_Condoro (Axis) wins over HARRIS45 (Allies)

It was August 1945 and I'm not sure how it would have ended if we went the distance - the Germans close to taking Moscow and booting the Allies out of western Europe but the Chinese and other Allies were knocking on the door of Japan. A fun game and thanks to my opponent for a fun introduction to WaW.

New ELO game begins.

neverquits99 (Allies) vs petedalby (Axis).
Game ends with Allied victory in September 1946. Scorecard said we were 50:50. Germany still held Berlin & Paris but it was only going to end one way.

Great game - lots of action! Finland turned Allied & despite diplomatic efforts would not return to the Axis fold. Made it really hard to interdict Russian MPPs as a result. Excellent comms & turn rate from neverquits99.

HARRIS45 (axis) defeats Pekkavlamoura (Allies) as allies surrender 6/45. Russia surrenders and all three axis majors control their capitals and sphere of influence. Fun game and exciting to end.

New ELO game: neverquits99 (Axis) vs Pekkavilamoura (Allies)
Game ended in July 43 with Axis win. Axis sank over 12 destroyers and controlled the North Atlantic and the army pushing in USSR and Persia. JPN took over Hawaii and Australia.

New ELO game begins.

neverquits99 (Allies) vs petedalby (Axis). Trying again. Usual ELO rules plus no early DoW on Japan & the Italian Navy stays in the Med.

It's probably somewhere in plain sight but is there a complete list of ELO game rules somewhere? Experience farming is apparently against ELO rules but I can't see it listed in the OP. Thanks in advance.

Nope, experience farming is not against official ELO rules.
The definition is also subjective.
With all the gamey moves (Tripoli exploit, Rome Marine Slam, Port post France spotting, etc), the Clones like to use Experience Farming as their sacrificial lamb to distract their gaming moves.
Other crap, is the Diplo abuse, the DOW dodging.

There's a set of Jokers that love them Diplo Abuse / DOW dodging.

I will experience farm, in China in heartbeat, if the Jokers start that Diplo city crap.

Yeah, I was wrong to call it an 'official' rule. Apparently, it is something players agree to before starting a game, probably like the ones you mentioned.

I came to a compromise with an opponent: BBs, CCs, and CVs (of course) can attack unoccupied resources but not DDs or CLs. Any ship can attack a unit.

Agree, Naval Bombardment is annoying. Takes forever to become Elite, but you gotta watch the opponent bash ports.
And the same time, it's really dumb to do it.
Your Naval Units have better things to do.
Plus it gives away your position.
Watching it, is the boring part.

Ikr! I’m playing this bloke who is pulling all these stunts! He declined to invade Norway and advance into China etc, all to keep US mobilization low. He even disbanded an Italian army and HQ in NA to avoid the NM hit!!! Talking about Gamey! They just went poof.

I don’t understand why the Triple Tripoli strategy is gamey though. It’s not even hard to counter.

[WIN] ElvisJJonesRambo (Allies) vs El Condoro (Axis) --- Was his first game as Axis in the Pacific, so little bit to be desired on the initial turn landing freebies. Japs would later get worked over. IJN got brave near Midway, and sailed into death, 1-turn, bye-bye.

Since I figured Pacific was safe, spiced it up some. Turned the Royal Navy, really Royal. Experience Mined, the Carriers and surface ships on Norway. Same with Bombers. Built Western Nation Air Power. Interesting enough, the Germans spent tons of cash into Fighters, which were found to be level-4. In the West, I don't think I even had ground units until 1944. All Air and Naval.

Germans bogged in Russia. My Opponent wanted to play it out. Early 1945, Berlin was liberated too.

[LOSS] ElvisJJonesRambo (Axis) vs llo4Tu (Allies) --- Got MMP to death. Allies went all-in France, I had a reasonable campaign there. But stupidity, went to Egypt. Spent tons of MMPs, got stopped at the gates of the Pyramids. Was way too expensive. Didn't have enough powder for Russia.

Japan spent to much money on Technology. Complete waste. When I lose, it's buying too many toys or always Africa. Lost on MMPs. Russia was loaded with cash.

Yes, I really need to learn about how to play the Japanese. I'm sure the mirror will give me some ideas!
