game text too small

I am a senior with eye problems. I recently wanted to update the game. On patch v7.14 the ingame text was large enough that I could see it ok. But when I installed the latest patch .914 the ingame text is so small I could hardly see it. Is there a way to make it larger. I tried my normal 1024x768 and also 1280x1024 and it did not help.

Also, is there a way to download older patches previous to patch v914. There no links on the new patch info pages.

Any help answering these issues for me would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Have you tried toggling on and off the HD UI options setting in options under the Audio & Video Tab?
