That was pure entitlement, and poor behavior well beyond the scope of normal societal decline. There can be no excuse for that kind of unprovoked hostility.

If you pre-ordered a physical copy, you should have gotten by sometime in June, IIRC. You should contact Matrix Support and have them look into your order.
