Unable to rename zone. Has been happening in latset patches.

Please be more specific then "does not work". For some reason, that was never a sufficient problem description [;)]

Ideally send me savefile and the Zone i should check for renaming.

Anyway when you take over a new zone, during the issue new orders for it,
you were not able the change its name. Or goto MNG call govenernor up and
then zone orders. Seems to work on this new game fine though.
