Sorry, I did get your e-mail and sent the info to the person who set this up. I was told it had been fixed. I'll contact him again right now. Very sorry for this, it should have been resolved long ago.

I just sent you an e-mail, I checked and it turns out we did check on this and reply. I just sent you the info including your coupon code, it turns out there was an existing registration for a coupon you had done back in September. Once you register for a coupon, you can't re-register.
