I've added "Mansions of the Lord", the closing theme from We Were Soldiers, The Twelve O'Clock High theme, and the Victory at Sea mashup.

Most epic!

I don't listen to anything while playing.
But here is a suggestion for Allied (early war) or Japanese (late war)

"Victory at Sea sound tracks...."
I am old enough that I watched the show on scheduled NBC television on a Black and White set with a screen about the size of a bushel basket in a box the size of a jeep!) Loved that show. Somewhere, I have a set of DVDs....but since we moved all over the conference... I have no idea which box and it drives me bonkers!!!

Love that song. How many of the exotic places she mentions can you pick out on a globe? The Orinoco is a river from Venezuela's Lake Maracaibo to the Caribbean Sea. There are several locations that players of this game should recognize ... "From Visau to Palau ..." and "Far beneath the Coral Sea".

I sometimes “listen” to the tv, but the French Open at the moment is a bit distracting and it’s delaying orders!
Currently playing my first PBEM, no house rules Scenario 1 as IJ.

That was a field I covered couple years ago.
Their first 2 albums were fresh, I still fire up Hedobang now and then, even made a karaoke version for YT [:)]
They got more generic after that.

Thread resurrection because not much else going on the forum lately and because there is something hot released today - GetAssista may like this.

New album by the Japanese Girlie band "Lovebites" officially out today. I have been listening to the pre-releases for some weeks now, both while playing AE and when not.

One simply must like a band with a drummer named "Haruna"!

Hope there will be a video for "Dissonance" as well, here is just the music - https://www.youtube.com/embed/jhbPLYWyVvI > Haruna at battle speed!

Great call bumping the thread. The Spotify 'Discover' playlist has become stale and a bit formulaic for my liking.

Popped on Judgement Day. Would it be Japanese speed metal? Feels like something Tenacious D would draw inspiration from. I like it!

Just started a new campaign playing the Japanese side with this song : Set the world on fire

[...]
Flowing blood and crimson blade
Devastated resolution
Heat haze is waving far away
Who's going to be sacrificed?
[...]
On fire
Just like a falling flower
On fire
Until this body rots away
Burning down to the gates of hell
[...]
Distorted madness is sneering
Incompetent, cowardly fools
A pitiful and painful punishment
It's you who will be sacrificed
[...]
