Will I be able to play AB II on this laptop

Processor AMD Ryzen 3 7320U Mobile Processor 2.4GHz (4-core/8-thread, 4MB cache, up to 4.1 GHz max boost)
8 gb RAM
Intergrated GPU AMD Radeon Graphics

I assume it uses 2 GB of RAM as the video memory. That should be fine, but integrated graphics can have issues. We cannot know for sure before the game gets tested on different hardware combinations, and that's why we listed GeForce as a minimum requirement.

Unofficially speaking, the game should run even on a 32 bit Windows 7 system with very limited resources. 2 GB of available video memory is probably the minimum though. Linux+Wine still work.

The new rendering engine can run at hundreds of FPS, although personally I see 60 FPS as optimal.
