SC WWII: War in the Pacific PBEM problem

Hi,
I wonder if you guys have the same problem. When I click on "PBEM" connection error occures.

I wonder if it is tied up with that I purchased SC War in The Pacific not via Steam, but via Matrix Games webpage.
I got SC WW2 War in Europe which I bought on Steam, and PBEM works. Or it has some other issue. Any ideas how to fix this?

I've just tried and been able to connect ok.

It certainly won't be due to having bought the game from Matrix, so it will be something else. Possibly a temporary server glitch - if you try again is it working now?

Hi,
It is still the same error. I tried several times, tried to restart my internet connection etc. One thing strange for me, in SC WW2 War in Europe, sometimes an error happened, about login and password, but here I can't even get to the PBEM window. I don't know if it is in any way related...perhaps I should login myself somehow. I don't know how to fix this.
