can you combine brigades, in to divisions,or divisions in to corps?

You can upgrade, say, a brigade into a stronger version of a Brigade, however Brigades cannot be upgraded into Divisions, nor divisions into Corps.

I wish divisions and corps could be broken down to regiments and divisions similar to the WarPlan games.
