Installation Sequence - 1880 Scramble for Africa

Post by Hotschi »

I installed PON in the following sequence;

1.) PON 1.0
2.) Patch 1.03
3.) Quickfix 1.03d
4.) DLC 1862 - American Civil War
5.) DLC 1870 - Franco-Prussian War
6.) DLC 1880 - Scramble for Africa
7.) DLC 1898 - Spanish-American War

Everything seems fine but the 1880 campaign looks odd in a) in the menu - see screen

- Wavell's reply to Churchill, after the latter complained about faint-heartedness, as he discovered that British casualties in the evacuation from Somaliland had been only 260 men.

and b) in game - see the events.

I downloaded 1880 twice - both downloads are 1,023 KB. I have to say I haven't actually played it yet, it just doesn't look right to me...

It seems like your localization file was not updated. Can you try installing again the patch and then quickfix, perhaps the DLC overwrote the localization file.

Thank you, again installing the patch plus quickfix solved my problem.
