Sorry if this has been covered but am playing WP Pac Beta 3 and the loop movement hexes have disappeared. Is this because of the new naval range rules?

They were removed in update 3. The reason being they allowed unusually fast movement and a few game exploits. Plus they aren't needed like in WPE where you have to have them to get around land masses like Africa.
