FOG Campaigns?

How hard would it be to make a campaign function similar to that in P&S? I would pay for that as an add-on.

I also wonder if there could be different simple campaign functions developed for PS and FOG? Im enjoying the current PS campaign but would also like more of a sandbox perhaps with a bigger scrolling map.
