How long before I get hard copy of game?

It's been 15 days since I ordered game and I havent received copy of game> I have had these type problems before with digital river. I paid lotsa extra money for hard copy. I write now because I got email from digital river reminding me that charges are about to appear.....fine. where is the game?

Do you by any chance able to download it from the internet even though you asked for a hard copy? Or because you asked for a hard copy you can't download it from the internet? Not shure how that works.

He should be able to download it just fine, and probably has, but some people are really fixated on physical objects.

I own about 10 or 12 Matrix games, all of them digital download and hard copy. I've always been totally satisfied, and usually it seems to take about 10 days, sometimes bit longer for my hard copies to come.

If Washington DC is out of the way and off the beaten path...actually it IS the beaten path...then that would explain it. Lots of probs with digital river last few years....bought dozen games from Matrix, six problems with digital river...

You can always burn your download to CD. I generally burn several for safe keeping.

DC, eh? Maybe your shipment got hijacked by bandits, then. DC is a regular warzone, and unless the shipment is for some politician, it won't receive the escort it needs and may not make it through intact.

Eric tells me that UPS lost my physical copy. I find it's about 50-50 when I order or download software from Matrix via digital river. Something goes wrong, not usually the same thing twice. But I ALWAYS think a long time before I buy a game. Dont know if my experience is typical or Im just unlucky. It isnt as bad as 50-50 elsewhere when I buy software, but it is a consideration at all times. Matrix is honest and ethical so far as I can tell, so I continue to consider buying their products....
