Font size and contrast

Hello,

Just purchased Desert War. But being legally blind I find the font, in particular for the pop-up boxes to be very little contrast with the font and the size is tiny. Is there a way to change this?

I do use the windows magnifier, which helps some. But I wanted to find out if there was also an option to change the font.
