Is there anywhere else to DL this map (or others for CCMT) since Closecombat.org / online seems to be down (has been for over a week it seems).

There are 5 big 4 x 1km maps available.

Plus a bunch of others.

Also any CC5 map that is square is also playable in CCMT.

If you like a map and it's not square you can use the map toolkit to make it compatible.
