Tracers

Post by justflank »

Sometimes I like to play hardcore with no hud or mini map I would really like to see distinction in bullet tracers.

Axis green
Allies red

I know various colours were used in ww2 but it’s hard to identify firing locations when playing with no hud etc.

I will add a task for more visible tracers to the task list.

Cheers

On normal speed, it's a Wild West shoot-out with mini-guns. Tracers flying all over. [;)] Even with the HuD, it can be difficult.

Thankfully, the game can be slowed down so the firing is not a complete mess visually.

I love the effect when things blow up, you see the little incendiary bits of molten whatever flying through the air. it would be cool to see sparks when bullets hit ricochet. within the bounds of realism, of course.

Things can get pretty wild and without any hud and locating the direction of enemy fire from just visual is really hard but what’s life without a challenge eh
