[WAD] F-35B and F-35C external gun.

Is there a way to fly the F-35B or C without the gun pod? My understanding is that they only fly the gun if they feel they will need it. Mostly for ground support. (In fact, to find pictures of these aircraft with the gun, you almost have to search for that specifically on google.) In the game, it lists the gun as an external weapon, but seems to treat it the same way as an internal gun. Even the "(internal)" configurations designed for maximum stealth have the gun pod hanging from it.

Just looked again when I was building a new scenario. Now everything looks right with the external guns. I think I must have been looking at an old database or something.
