[FIXED 972.11] Nimrod fires torp off attack axis

Hi Again,

I noticed this, and the Ikara question playing Nothern Inferno, but I thought I should create test cases to make sure.

Notice that the Nimrod doesn't fire the Torp at the target but off target so it misses.

Note when I tried to test this with DB3K units, it worked ok..for what that is worth
