I live in UK and bought the game with the physical option (paper manual) on the 28th of March. I have nor received an email confirming shipment, nor received it.

Should I have got it by now, or when could I expect it?

I received my manual today here in Connecticut, about a week and half after ship confirmation. Mine arrived in a box, no bubble wrap, but fairly good fit without much room to move. It arrived in perfect condition, including the corners where I expected some damage, but there was none. Very pleased.

My manual was not due to arrive until early June, it just came in PERFECT condition. Thanks Erik for helping me, great job my friend. [&o]

Just in time for Memorial Day weekend too, now if I can just live long enough to read through this behemoth. [:)]
