So I'm fast approaching the blizzard of 41 and took a look at the rules and all I can say is ouch.

Having said that, do these rules apply to all the map or just Russia? Is Poland and Germany excluded from them? I don't know if I missed something but its not clear...

Thanks much appreciated! Was doing most of that, but now I'll keep a few Panzer divisions in frontline cities to counterattack.
