Scenario description question

Many of the scenarios bear the notation "NO W", It's probably really obvious, but I can't find any reference to it in the manual. :? Can anyone enlighten me please?

Should be Page 19 and 20 of the manual

Looks like the manual needs to be updated, it currently says N VV instead of NO VV.

That will be remedied for the 1.30 manual (as I'm doing it literally right now).
