The 2.1.3 update is the next item we will be finishing up starting later this week after we get a Pro delivery out the door. We need to get all of the new features and bug fixes documented and do some last minute testing.

As for Content and Modding docs, those are with me and I hope to get back to those after the update drops. We have made a number of changes and fixed some lingering bugs with scenario construction. We are also looking at adding another person to the documentation effort to help me out. I will need to coordinate with William on the map stuff.
