I have just been to the web-site to find that it has shut down. Does anybody have any info?

They had been saying it would shut down for a year or more. Many had volunteered to run it and pay for it but no response to those offers.+

I've got zipped up files of the Rugged Defense site for all their scenarios that you can download from a filedrop site.
I'll upload them and then post the link and you can have them all. If you want to. Lemme know.

To conserve your time and effort, maybe just upload the TOAW III scenarios. I think those would be the scenarios most interesting to players. If requested, later you can post the earlier TOAW scenarios . . . or maybe just post a list and let people request complete scenario files on a one-of basis.

For myself, and I expect all of the TOAW community, thank you for achieving the Rugged Defense data base.

Go to this forum link. Someone already has all of the scenarios available for download.
