RE: third party instant conquest of minor (bug?)

Bump - just wondering if a dev can confirm&nbsp;the original bug or if I should send saves.
&nbsp;
It sort of side tracked with additional problems so just wondering if the problem description was clear.

RE: third party instant conquest of minor (bug?)

And while I'm on the topic, the distinction between controlled minor and free state seems to be lost when the controlling MP is already at war.

Nassau went to war with all the MPs Spain was at war with, not just my Prussia that declared war on it (there was no Prussia-Spain DOW).

third party instant conquest of minor (bug?)

<t> Here's the situation:<br/> <br/> Playing Prussia, I've occupied the Nassau capital in August. It is under control of Spain which is at war with France. I am under enforced peace with France. I expect by the end of September to conquer the minor.<br/> <br/> However in the September land phase, Fr...

<t> I can see a 15 counter limit as being a pain in the ass. I remember 12 corps concentrating for battle fairly often - it was a typical&nbsp;lineup in&nbsp;Germany.&nbsp;Given they may come in from several areas with their own leaders you can&nbsp;quickly run over the limit.<br/> &...

RE: What to do at Wuchow? (No Monterey's please)

I find my supply will get drawn to where I am attacking in China. It helps to keep it to one offensive at a time, since there isn't much to go around,&nbsp;but after a couple days&nbsp;bombardments or attacks&nbsp;I usually start seeing the base I am interested in sitting at 20k.

<t> Requiring some engineers present to maintain bases wouldn't be an outlandish feature in the game. Right now any unoccuppied base will actually slowly repair damage, whether it's downtown Brisbane or a dirt strip surrounded by jungle in the middle of the Owen Stanley Mtns. In real life they slowl...

<t> Instead of removing pursuit, why not force the defending unit back&nbsp;a reasonable run-for-your-life distance for the terrain? The 60 mile 'teleport' is a pet peeve of mine. It just works poorly at this scale. If they avoided clearing the accumulated movement for all sorts of reasons you c...

RE: Noumea more valuable to the allies?

And if you play for the VPs, removing 1000 pts from the allies is 4000 pts less you need as Japan. That being said, I've always thought some of that South Pacific real estate is overvalued in victory points, even if it is strategically important.
