In the manual it says there are videos of the tutorial introductory scenarios in the manuals folder. But I don't have any videos in the manuals folder...were these included?

Absolutely.

Not only had Rommel outrun his supply lines, especially fuel, at Alam el Halfa, south of El Alamein, he had also outrun Luftwaffe support. A good example of bad generalship and failure to combine arms to maximise combat power.

This was one of my gripes when first playing WITW. I expected to left click the map and drag. As it is, I agree that the scrolling of the map by moving the cursor to the edges is kind of clunky. I think there should be a left click to drag the map...

The 25th is currently 'tomorrow' AWST...I guess us Antipodean folk will have to wait until the 26th?

What's more, if the AI can do this for your own auto allocation, then presumably it is doing it as the enemy.

229 AC auto allocation is shown in the image before the 455 AC (before I deleted the other Tactical Airforce missions...).
