Re: TOE Upgrade requirements

Command HQ means just an "HQ" without a sub identifier (a, h, c), correct?

Re: TOE Upgrade requirements

Yes. And I'm seeing other Australia-based units not upgrading their TOE when eligible. Plenty of supply.

Re: TOE Upgrade requirements

Yes, I have replacements and upgrades turned on. Wondering if it has to do with how remote Australia is.

Re: TOE Upgrade requirements

Ok, so my Air HQ did upgrade, but the 2 normal HQ in Australia will not. Even though it says there is a TOE upgrade available, you are saying it won't actually do it?

TOE Upgrade requirements

Are there any special TOE Upgrade requirements? In my AI game, I'm trying to upgrade a couple of HQ units in Australia. 1) The date has arrived. 2) They are in rest. 3) 1 at Darwin, 1 at Perth, both with adequate supply. 4) The new devices are in stock and plentiful. What am I missing? Been a couple...

Re: Allied AR Conversions

Looked into the CM Rigel. No conversions listed on its card. So they must have all been removed. I remembered some back in earlier versions of the game. Must have been removed over time. CAVEAT: At least in Scenario 1. Haven't looked in others. Rigel must go through its 6/42 upgrade before the opti...

CM Rigel can convert to AR starting 12/1942. It is her SECOND upgrade (first one is 6/1942)
Ah, the new "Next Upgrade" button, yup there is the AR upgrade. Thanks Yaab.

Art files for 28b

Are there any current art files, ship sides and aircraft silhouettes, that work with 28b scenarios?

Allied AR Conversions

Did they remove the allied AR conversions with the last few updates? Tracker is not seeing any.

Re: New Public Beta - v1128 Live Now!

And then when I play the game and press Disband TF, it would give me 2 options YES and NO but I cannot click on either one. I have to press Esc to get out of the option UI. and I just can't disband my TF at all. Try using the keystrokes Y or N instead. Well that works! Thanks. But what's the point ...

Re: Research Sharing: Australia and the USA

What do you mean by research sharing? I thought every country had to conduct their own research to get the bonuses for the units. Certain blocks of nations get small bonuses to their research if the other has completed research the same field. I think it's meant to reflect how during the war associ...

Re: Events are randomized?

The Doolittle Raid gets a mention in the Allied strategy pop-up near the start of the game along with a lot of other advice. So, it's easy to overlook since it's not a Decision Event where you have to say yes or no. As Nginear mentioned if the "Raid Icons" are currently displaying on the ...

Re: Events are randomized?

I'm playing a solo game as the Allies. The Doolittle raid event was never triggered. Are some events randomized? I'm pretty sure I have had Changsha under my control the whole time. It should happen every time if the conditions are met. Did you also move a carrier to the required distance from Japa...

Re: China War too easy for Japan (and USSR too)

My question is how do you get the Brits to break back across the Burma Road to help rescue the Chinese, when you have a Japan-side player selling it all in conquering China?

I'm doing an PBEM game and can't break through with the Brits to help the Chinese.
