If you select the unit and open the context menu (right-mouse) you see in the last line: "Withdraw 7SG" (means ...)

I guess, its because of the default "multiple missions" (in the top of the box) - and the engine tries to calculate the "multiple" flights. May take some seconds... And if you have "message level 0" you don't see anything during calculation and execution.

Hi, Soviets also have numbers of "independent tank battalions / regiments". In a StB campaign many Tank Corps are rather empty and refill very slowly (on depots ...). Is there any similar technique to absorb these SUs to refit TCs faster? Disbanding units is not needed - the (active) pool ...

Some (!) "LW"-AA unites in Axis Reserve can be moved to other TBs (even if "NO enhanced TB"). The other "LW"-units should stay with OKH, because: (i) Soviet air force is not a challenge at that state and (ii) the use trucks and supply - and you will need both!

Historically, the oil fields of Maikop (in Axis hands) have made no difference. But in WITE2 you will get a huge amount of VPs from the Caspian cities. So - go for it! (Its really a challenge...)

Hi, I am fine with your requirements (haven't played against H for longer time, but still "in" the game). May be I will not hit the expected 4000 planes in T1 but ... TB off is fine. You may PM me (you set up the game on MP and send pwd etc.)

As far as I experienced, it is important against entranched units to have support units (SU) at side: artillery and pioneer units. Hasty attacks with moved HQs do not provide this. 4-6 SUs plus a good general should do the job - by IDs. Leave enough motIDs for the breakthrough. PzD only for closing ...

... and does it make sense to reduce depot level in Germany (e.g. Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, ...) to 0 - because it does not make sense to stockpile something when its needed 2000km in the East!? Or is a minimum needed for flak or something else? Export ports may play another role.
