I found a steam discussion about it (because of great and awesom forum rules for new people i cannot post the link)
where it says you can use any sqlite editor.
But it also says that bei EULA it is not allowed to edit the database

Editor -> Scenario Times + Duration

maybe "And lasts for" is 0?
