WWII game manual

I am coming back to OOB after several years, I downloaded the latest update through Steam, but when I look in my steam folder, the latest manual still says OOB Pacific. Is there a new manual that covers the whole series? Or is that the only manual?

I am having trouble landing a 2nd CW unit in France in NOV/DEC of 39. I landed Gort and a Mech unit last turn, this turn I want to bring in a MOT unit (which would bring me to 2, in addition to the HQ, which should work). Subs missing from Naval Review panel

When I pull up the Naval Review panel, my submarines in port are not showing up. I can click 'next unit' to bring them to the top, and if I use the Units in Hex panel or Flyout, I can see them fine. Is there a filter somewhere for the Naval Review panel that I need to change? I am using Beta 5.00.00...

Is there anything I can do (as the Union) to prevent/reduce Bushwhacker events? I searched the strategy guide and manual, I don't necessarily want to turn them off, but unlike Partisans (where there are hexes you can garrison) I don't see any hexes in Kentucky or Missouri marked with partisan symbol...

Thanks for the help, once I got the gunboats in place it worked like a charm! And I used the Marine unit and garrison Bde I had already loaded up to take Wilmington instead!

OK, thanks. I see after reviewing the stats again, Frigates have a Demoralization score, I assume this is what tells it to focus on the city?

Gunboats are more effective against forts? Why? They have the same attack/defense vs forts (3/3), and they only have half the strength, why would they make the difference?

There are commerce raiders and blockade runners already in the game . The whole essence of the blockade game for the Union (until they can capture the ports of origin) is to combat the blockade runners. Or do you mean you want to be able to physically move the runners yourself as a Confederate play...
