I can't seem to find any detailed patch notes and this announcement is rather vague. Do you have anything more detailed written up on what was changed?

Specifically what does "various tweaks to gameplay" and "some additional bug fixes" mean?

I just think its cool that we have a game where two people can successfully play in completely different ways, even down to what they control and how their ships behave.

Probably all planetary facilities should be scrapped when you capture a planet to prevent stuff like this.

Of course if they simply make everything target troop transports first then I can design a decoy 'troop transport' with massive shields and armor and they'll all shoot at it while my fleet shreds them.

Good idea, I'll have to try that. I noticed the large caslon buildup when I switched to the more efficient fusion reactors but wasn't sure what to do about it.
