The UK didn't have any troops in Vichy. I think they had units in Cherbourg and Brest maybe, just to keep the ports when it flips German. Just seems like he's got a ton of shit in the UK. But then, the Brits didn't really fight in France at all...

Thanks for clarifying. Is this mentioned in the manual at all? And is it effected by whether the invasion happens before or after France surrenders?

Weather wise... A random cold turn in the middle of November or December is a back breaker against the Russians...at least it used to be. The Germans would just mow over their units as they were still weak in late 41. There should never be a turn like that in Russia...always rain for the most part ...
