View Labels in Editor/Game

Im working on a new scenario, and I can see my map labels in the map editor, but not when I start the new scenario in the editor. Is there some special key/method for seeing them? And will they show up in the game?

I am thinking about buying the game but would like to hear a committment that this will be fixed at some point. Then I will turn up the smoke to try to hide the enemy until this is accomplished.

How to turn off production

Im playing some random scenarios in a campaign using ATG for the tactical battles. I modify the OOBs on the map, and then I would like no further production for that scenario.

Whats the fastest or best way to turn off production of units

Random maps for scenarios?

Im trying without success to load random scenarios into the editor (to put in certain unit types). I want to play with my OOB on a scenario with a random map.

Is there any way of doing this?
