Are two teams considered tied if they have the same win-loss record? Or are there other tie breakers? It seems to be that the team that's scored more runs is listed first in the standings, but is that team actually considered to be one place above the other team?

I still have copies of some of the posts in here, which I have used as a reference to try to become a better manager for my team. I've learned a lot about baseball in general just by reading these forums and locker room reports, and hope that there is still more for me to learn!

For your first question, Shaun added a 2009 roster in one of the earlier versions. It interpolated the data for the full season based on the data to date when he added them. As far as schedules, if you want to edit one, I was pretty that there was a CrashDavis utility for that.

You may also just have to accept that you can't use the real world dimensions for many of old time ballparks. No matter how much you tweak the sliders you just can't have walls at 250'.

Is it just me or does the 1.87 Beta no longer show league leaders when simming? And the game results that used to appear at the bottom are much abbreviated.

I really think the Potential is playing a big role somehow. I am seeing this type of thing all over the place. Players are still being dropped and/or demoted after years of service and with a lot of life left in them. I don't see the logic in it.
