Readiness colour on counter gone

In my Version (I downloaded the Beta Patch) the readiness colour in the upper right of unit Counters don't Show anymore. Do I miss something?.
Or can I get them back somehow (by using certain files of older Versions and pasting them into the game-directory) ?

Where can I set the Trafic Limitation Option to true and
Does it apply to the AI then too and does the AI calculate their moves then differently?
And what is the Maximum Number (of men, horses or strength points) that could be in a Region without trafic Penalty?

How can I see the number of men ?

In old campaign of napoleon I could hit CNTR to see the actual strength of a unit in number of inf and horses. Where is it gone? Didn't find it in the manual.

Do I have to micromanage all the building and recruiting or can I leave it to the AI and just move my troops?

What time period is one turn.
The screenshots only show me some regions and some armies which I can splitt.

I think it's worse (centers of units crossing, overlapping) than in the ACW-games, but at least not notable better.

The number of men is not the problem. As you see the flags (i.e. the center) are very close together.

AI often creates some chaos without beeing punished for that.

the circles are not the biggest problem but wrong formations (only lines) and crossing units, see my post about that. I would wait buying the game.
