What is the procedure in 3.2.15 for moving the HQ? With the original programming it is a two-step process as in post 7.

Correction: My identification of exe 3.2.9 are incorrect. The exe involved is 3.2 modified for only kill points.

Bill and I have played multiple PBEM games with the original kill multiplier settings and are quite happy with it. Also with control points back to GG values.
