Problems installing

Hi

I just bought Wacht am Rhein and I can't for the life of me get the installer to work. It just wont start up. From what i've been able to gather it seems to be a problem with the download, that i dont get the complete file. Could anyone be my saviour and try to download it just to see if it's my computer or the download link which is faulty?

I'm not a tech by no means but for a possible quick fix I'd try restarting your PC
Re-download the file and see what happens.

Run the installer as Administrator. too might help.

Hi Keat,

I assume you've tried downloading the file again? Do you get an error message when you try to start the installer? How long do you wait after starting it? Sometimes it can take a while for Windows to pop-up the UAC dialog asking if you want to let an install program run.

I would also recommend contacting Matrix Games support at http://www.matrixgames.com/support/ -- they should be aware if there is a problem with the download link.
