Isolated POV

I am trying to figure out what Isolated POV does, but can't find anything in the manuals or forums. Thanks.

Isolated POV is part of the new "communications disruptions/out of contact" features. If you select a unit and choose "Isolated POV", the game/editor screen will only show what the unit can see at that moment, without receiving any information from other units.
