I haven't had time to read the 189 pages yet, but wanted to thank the team for this tome. Personally I've moved beyond paper manuals, but I do appreciate high-quality, thorough manuals.

I have a other short comment on the manual.

There are a lot of small explanation pictures but most of them are the 3D variant not the 2D, can the 2D variant added to. This give a side by side comparison and make it more clear for the 2D players.

how about a clickable table of contents, like the other CS games.

OK forget the above i just discovered that you can click the table of contents on the main page, Wow never knew that[:)] I originally meant that the table of contents option of the side bar.
