There are no cheat codes. For hotkeys, press F1 when in a battle. Addition hotkeys are listed at Slitherine's BA forum in the Manual Additions thread.

Now I wonder... weren't there some cheat codes during the beta? I wonder if they could get unlocked with a hex editor or soft-ice debugger. Haha!
