Looking for Japanese side player for DBB-C game

Hi everyone,

Looking for someone to play the Japanese side in a DBB-C game, specifically Scenario 28, Dec 7 start with reduced cargo caps and all that other fun stuff. Comfortable with a detailed set of rules or "no rules, anything goes" game.

RE: Semi OT- But this might interest some

<t> Sounds like you have quite a treasure on your hands there. Would the local museum be able to help in terms of getting someone to take a look at the condition of the photographs and maybe restore/preserve them? Pretty sure the NARA would be happy to get their hands on it. Good luck and keep us po...

RE: DBB(C)-OOB question

<t> No, what bushpu has brought up is correct, in DBB-C the Aussie 6th and 7th IDs cannot combine their component brigades, in fact the both divisions also have their supporting arms like their organic artillery regiments represented as separate units. I've also been meaning to ask what's the reason...

RE: Looking for a someone to play the Japanese side in a DBB-C game

At this point I'm leaning more towards no cos they are a pain in the rear to maintain. I might start something just to record off beat stuff like sub kills or number of xAKLs which spontaneously combust if an IJN SS so much as looks at them the wrong way.

RE: what ship is this?

Image is by Yakov Halip and it's dated 1936/37. Baltic Fleet only had 2 BBs around that time, the Marat and October Revolution so it's a pretty solid bet it's her.

RE: DBB-B 18th SP Field Artillery Reg.

<r> The 18th Field Regiment was a regular unit (as opposed to TA) that served throughout the war. Sometime in 1944 it converted to M7 Priests from presumably 25 pounders giving it the distinction of the only SP artillery unit in the whole of the 14th Army. So in answer to your question it's a Britis...
