Range between two points/hexes

Gary Grigsby’s War in the West 1943-45 is the most ambitious and detailed computer wargame on the Western Front of World War II ever made. There is no (explicit) range measurement tool in the game.

Maybe you can enter the 2 hex locations into excel and calculate the differential

That only works if the it's a line through the hex and I can do that in my head. Any case It's not important I was experimenting and got tired of approximating.
