This is a minor issue, however I do not see where it was posted before so please correct me if I am misunderstanding how the OOB is supposed to work.

The OOB seems incorrect as the commander (Tomakov) is assigned to HQ 1/243 MRR is hex 4402, which is subordinate in the OOB to HQ 243 MRR in hex 4401.

This is also noticeable when viewing the Command Radius as the subordinate HQ has a much larger area then the supreme on map unit.

When that counter (HQ 1/243 MRR) is killed, you get the pop-up message that the commander has been killed and command shifts.

Shouldn't the commander be the highest in the OOB?

I believe it assigns the "Player" to whoever is first selected.

Did you select the Battalion, and THEN append the RHQ?

I didn't append any forces, however I was selecting the subordinate HQ before the top HQ.

That just seems strange to me.

Well, looking at your RHQ counter, I'm seeing only one I representing a Company HQ. It should be a III which will indicate it superior to your II unit.

That looks like a glitch in the OOB/HQ setup or the scenario. We'll have Charles fix it for the 11 update.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!

Tim, Thanks for catching this. I think this was caused by one of the data file updates that occurred during development. The alt version of this same scenario was affected. The corrections have been made and will be in the next patch.
