SU 14.5 mm anti tank rifle

This ground element does not appear in the production screen, there are none in the pool, no unit (motorcycle) that I have looked at has any but it is in the TOE.

Is this a weapon that the Soviets hoped to have but never produced or is it a bug?

What timeframe are you talking about since 14.5mm was not in use from the start of Barbarossa,
though it was supposed to be so maybe that is why TOE has it.

Production will start later in 1941, AFAIR September/October

It is from the start of Barbarossa that it is missing.

I will keep my eye out for it in Sept/Oct.
