Free supply bug

This bug can be reproduced easily. All you have to do is:
1) create a new empty HQ
2) click transfer and click on another HQ that need supplies
3) click on 0xsupply

4) click on Do Transfer.

after that, you can just disband the empty HQ with negative supply.


Is it possible to fix this in the next patch?

thanks for reporting this issue. i've put it on the list for checking and fixing. bizarre i missed this one.

i hope to do a patch again after completing Decisive Campaigns 2. sorry for the delays.
