Is there a listing of all the scenarios for COTA and the forces involved?

Annex F of the Ref Manual has the Scenario Complexity Table which lists all scenarios and ranks them by complexity and other factors. It doesn't have a list of forces involved though.

There is an Excel sheet version (by MarkShot) of the Annex F in the COTA download page at The Drop Zone.
