Can't play the game

Hope you can help me please. After download I got an Error message that reads; "Could not Rename file. [#4, line13] If I click on the "OK' box I can clear that message box and can get back to the desktop, but I cannot get the game to play. I get a message box to reinstall. What gives? I tried to install twice, same problem. Can you help? MM

Can you please post your system specs? Also, have you tried the CD Key issue update in the Starshatter support forum to see if that helps? Did you download or are you installing from CD?
