Bought SC ACW ... No S/n supplied

Tried opening a ticket w/o success


bought and downloaded bundled game SC : ACW and America's ... No s/n provided .... can't load ......

Hi

If you click on MY PAGE near the top of the screen here, it should take you to a page showing all your games along with their serial numbers.

If that does not work for you, it should be possible to raise a ticket with support simply by emailing them and explaining the issue:

support@matrixgames.com
