[1.1.3.9] Ship icons lag when zooming/panning

Not sure how to possibly document this, I guess I could try to capture video of it, but here's a description:

Occasionally, when panning and/or zooming, while most of the screen updates properly, the ship icons sometimes don't. It can take 1-2 seconds for them to snap to the new pan and zoom level. Not sure what other information might be useful. Only happens in the beta branch.

Hey thanks for the report. We're aware of the issue. Could you please try the latest public beta build 1143 and see if you can reproduce the issue?

Looks like it's fixed, thanks! However there now seems to be a less annoying visual issue. When panning around the galaxy map, there's a slight delay before ship icons pop in on the newly exposed region of the map. Not a big deal, and certainly less intrusive than the original bug, but it seems like a new issue.

I take it back, it's still happening in 1.1.4.4.
