My password doesn't work

My password has been verified by checking not only the disk and book but thru the authorization registry of my computer.

The game runs, but I cannot run any updates. They keep on saying "wrong serial number!
What? Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!

You can PM Greg Wilcox with your registration number so he can check on it. Any chance you are using a A World Divided reg number for World at War patches, or vice versa?

There may be a faster way, but you can find Greg Wilcox in the Member List (top of screen) and when you are looking at Greg's info you will see a button to click on that says PM. Click on that and then type your message.
