Level/Unit Editor Included??

Level/Unit Editor Included??

I really like the look of this game. The product page (and the actual website) talk a lot about how modifiable the game is, but what I would like to know is are there actual modding tools included or available?? Some of the screenshots show what looks like a level editor and possibly an object editor as well... Modding is an aspect that is really important to me. Thanks for any input! [:)]
